Time to get the house in order

Trevor Hampton outlines why data needs to be part of your organisational DNA if you want to be ready for Artificial Intelligence (AI).

And therein lies the rub. We know artificial intelligence or AI's ability to cross reference data and spot patterns will have untold benefits for the social housing sector. Applications with the ability to predict issues with a boiler or perhaps identify which tenants will need more support with managing payments are already under development. But we simply do not yet know all the uses of this powerful technology.
