David Lunts, executive director for London at the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), has been appointed by Greater London Authority (GLA) as interim director of housing and regeneration.

Mr Lunts is being seconded to lead on arrangements for the transition of HCA and London Development Agency activities into a new GLA housing and regeneration directorate.
