Hull City Council has decided to look into introducing a tax to boost its marketing budget for tourism.

Hull City Council has decided to look into introducing a tax to boost its marketing budget for tourism.

The budget currently stands at £90,000 a year but the council wants to build on that as part of its 20-year vision to transform Hull into an international tourist destination.
