Hull turns to Serco

Serco has been selected by Hull City Council to provide contact centre support services in a new three-year contract.

Serco has been selected by Hull City Council to provide contact centre support services in a new three-year contract.

‘The new contract is a win-win situation for customers, the city, the council and call centre staff, who will transfer to Serco on the same terms and conditions,' said portfolio holder for neighbourhood, Cllr John Hewitt.
