Digital transformation isn't about technology, it's about people, as Barry Pirie explains

Writing this column, I find myself at my council offices at a hotdesk, working with nothing more than a laptop and a phone. I am looking out at our atrium, where members of the public are using our free wi-fi. Many of our council buildings are now home to some of the county's blue light services who share the building with council staff and other partners.
