The president of the Association of Directors of Children's Services will call for a ‘thorough and grounded' debate on sector-led improvement at the organisation's annual conference this week.

Speaking to The MJ before the ADCS annual conference, which starts today (4 July), Andrew Webb said his keynote speech will include issues around sector- led improvement and tackling child sexual exploitation.
