Business leaders have called on the Government to give the National Infrastructure Commission strong teeth, particularly around a new runway in the South East.

Business leaders have called on the Government to give the National Infrastructure Commission strong teeth, particularly around a new runway in the South East.

In a new report, entitled Plotting the Course, the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) called on the new commission to prioritise eight key areas, including road and rail infrastructure and airports.
