The first few days in a new, shared role between Chiltern DC and South Bucks DC created a real buzz – with many positives, talk of working together with staff, new ideas and shared agendas.

These first few days of excitement have now matured into a whole month of working together – the start of what I hope will be a long and fulfilling journey.
