Inquiry clears council redevelopment plans

An independent inquiry into Lewisham LBC’s plans to use compulsory purchase powers (CPO) has found ‘no impropriety, lack of due diligence or breach of a code of practice’ by the council.

The review by Supreme Court judge Lord Dyson was held over plans to CPO land around Millwall Football Club's grounds, The Den, for redevelopment.
