Inquiry to focus on council's repsonse to fire concerns

Kensington & Chelsea RLBC’s response to any information it received about a fire risk at Grenfell tower will be scrutinised by the Government-commissioned inquiry, it has been announced.

Kensington & Chelsea RLBC's response to any information it received about a fire risk at Grenfell tower will be scrutinised by the Government-commissioned inquiry, it has been announced.

However, the inquiry will not consider the council's relationship with its tenant management organisation or the broader issue of social housing policy – despite this being requested by many local residents.
