Trojan Horse more Whitehall infighting farce than Greek Tragedy, writes Jonathan Werran.

This column has previously expressed the view that education secretary Michael Gove, for all his courteous charms and civility, has the habit, which fellow Conservative historian Winston Churchill once ascribed to the Balkans, of producing more history than he can possibly hope to consume.

It seems he is now taking on still bigger and more exotic game, in the form of  Home Secretary Theresa May.
