Sandwell MBC appoints its new interim divisional manager for children and young people's safeguarding.

Sandwell MBC has appointed Neelam Bhardwaja as its new interim divisional manager for children and young people's safeguarding.

Ms Bhardwaja's last post was corporate director for social care, health and education services at Cardiff Council.
