Robert Peasnell says that the business case for employee advocacy is proven – but why don’t employers invest in it?

Building employee advocacy is just common sense isn't it? There's lots of evidence that proves higher levels of employee advocacy directly enhances an organisation's profile and reputation amongst customers, service users and potential recruits.

Which is why it's odd only 17% of UK employers have a formal employee advocacy programme in place – the vast majority don't.
