The Isle of Wight Council is facing a legal battle to get £365,000 back from a school building contractor, which has gone into administration.

The council paid developers Pihl more than £517,000 after the company had gone into administration in 2013, which meant the local authority had to then take the administrators to court in order to get the money back.
