The fourth chief executive in a decade has been appointed at ~Isle of Wight Council~ following the early retirement of ~Mike Fisher~ in January.

~Joe Duckworth~ current deputy chief executive of the four-star CPA-rated ~Westminster City Council~ was appointed after a two-day selection process at the two star-rated authority.
