The chief executive officer of Wandsworth and Richmond LBCs, Mike Jackson, has decided to ‘step away from the role based entirely on personal family reasons'.

Jackson was the returning officer in the General Election for the Putney constituency, where a ‘spreadsheet issue' led to more than 6,550 votes being excluded from the declaration.
