Javid aims for 'integration by default'

Health and social care secretary Sajid Javid has said he wants to push through integration reforms to ‘stop people from bouncing around the system’.

Health and social care secretary Sajid Javid has said he wants to push through integration reforms to ‘stop people from bouncing around the system'.

Speaking at the national children and adult services conference today, Mr Javid said he wanted ‘integration by default' to be the outcome of the health and care Bill, which had its first reading in the House of Lords yesterday.
