Care chiefs have called on councils to make a ‘concerted effort' to share best practice over vulnerable children, after a damning report by MPs and peers.

The joint study by the All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for runaway and missing children and adults and the APPG for looked-after children and care-leavers warns the current system has failed children who go missing.
