Joint application Ceridigion and Powys CCs have joined forces to bid for cash from the Welsh Assembly for waste management facilities.

Ceridigion cabinet member for works, Ray Quant, said: ‘This is an important step to find a sustainable answer for rural communities in handling waste.'
