Steve O'Connor has been appointed as assistant director for digital and IT across Kingston and Sutton LBCs' shared service. 

With 20 years' experience in digital and IT in the private and public sector, Mr O'Connor joins the councils from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, where he is group chief technology officer.
