Telford and Wrekin Council's community and voluntary group leaders came together last week, for the first meeting of the authority's co-operative commission, which aims to overhaul local service delivery.

The council's cabinet member for co-operative council, Cllr Shaun Davies, explained the commission was made up of 60 local leaders from charities, residents groups, housing trusts and other organisations.
