Four councils across Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire have announced plans to set up a trading company to provide back office services.

Four councils across Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire have announced plans to set up a trading company to provide back office services.

The leaders of Cotswold, Forest of Dean and West Oxfordshire DCs, along with Cheltenham BC have set out their plans in a document on joint working.
