A social care recruitment drive at Neath Port Talbot has been branded a success.

The council set aside £400,000 to strengthen the social services team. ‘This type of decision is almost unheard of in the middle of a financial year and shows our commitment to ensuring first rate social services throughout the borough,' said council leader Derek Vaughan.
