Former chief executive of Hounslow LBC and Sheffield City Council Lord Kerslake will chair Greenwich RLBC's independent fairness commission.

The commission will deliver an objective, evidence-based strategy to tackle inequality and poverty, with a particular focus on health, housing, employment, training and education.
