Key Cities founder dies

Sunderland City Council’s leader Paul Watson, who helped found the Key Cities group, has died at the age of 63.

Sunderland City Council's leader Paul Watson, who helped found the Key Cities Group, has died at the age of 63.

Cllr Watson was elected as leader in 2008.
