Kier looks set to form a £400m property services joint venture with Staffordshire CC and the county’s police and crime commissioner.

Kier looks set to form a £400m property services joint venture with Staffordshire CC and the county's police and crime commissioner.

The local government contractor has been appointed as preferred bidder for a strategic property partnership, which is set to start in April 2015 and run for an initial 10-year period.
