The Kier Pension Group Scheme has sold its 50% stake in the Sheffield Schools PFI project to a joint venture.

The Kier Pension Group Scheme has sold its 50% stake in the Sheffield Schools PFI project to a joint venture.

HICL Infrastructure Company and its partner, Kajima Partnerships, announced last week it had bought the shares for £4.1m.
