Residents of Kingston RLBC would be given powers of recall to vote-out councillors who have breached local standards codes, it has been announced today.

Leader of Kingston RLBC, Cllr Kevin Davis, said councillors needed to connect with local people better than ever before, amid a time of massive challenges, and the measures were designed to win greater public trust.
