Knowsley chief to take redundancy

Knowsley Council has announced the sudden departure of its chief executive, Sheena Ramsey, after nearly 10 years in post.

Knowsley Council has announced the sudden departure of its chief executive, Sheena Ramsey, after nearly 10 years in post. 

 In a statement, Knowsley council said it needs to find £26m management costs over the next two years, and as a result it would be scaling back its management costs. The MJ understands Ms Ramsey's salary is in the region of £192,000.
