KPMG hires former council finance chief

Zulfiqar Darr has been appointed as executive adviser, public sector, at KPMG after working on projects at the Ministry of Defence and NHS.

Zulfiqar Darr has been appointed as executive adviser, public sector, at KPMG after working on projects at the Ministry of Defence and NHS.

Mr Darr's previous roles were head of corporate finance and IT at South Gloucestershire Council, and assistant director of finance and performance at Derby City Council.
