Labour's shadow communities secretary has clashed with Greg Clark in Parliament over housing, as the new Local Government Association chairman raises the issue today.

During a communities and local government debate, Emma Reynolds pressed Mr Clark on when the Government would be introducing its new Housing Bill in Parliament, which will extend the Right To Buy Scheme to housing associations.
