Shadow housing minister Emma Reynolds is today announcing Labour's plans to boost housing through a new funding scheme for small builders.

The party's Help to Build programme includes a pledge to underwrite bank loans for small building contractors to encourage them to build 10,000 homes a year as part of Labour's target of 200,000 homes a year.
