The Labour Party would move towards a national care service and halt sustainability and transformation partnerships if it won the election, according to its leaked manifesto.

Details of Jeremy Corbyn's draft blueprint for government revealed the party planned to plough £1bn into care in the first year, with £8bn in the first parliament, as well as scrap 15-minute care visits and improve conditions for care workers.
