Lancashire CC’s leader has given a lukewarm response to plans for a new unitary council.

Lancashire CC's leader has given a lukewarm response to plans for a new unitary council.

The new Pennine Lancashire unitary would merge Blackburn with Darwen Council together with Rossendale, Pendle and Burnley BCs.
