Lancaster chief to step down

Lancaster City Council chief executive Mark Cullinan has announced he will retire next summer after 16 years in post.

Lancaster City Council chief executive Mark Cullinan has announced he will retire next summer after 16 years in post. 

Mr Cullinan, who has worked in local government since 1972, said it was an  ‘absolute privilege' to have served as chef executive of the city council.
