The housing landlord service provided by Caradon DC is ‘fair', with ‘uncertain prospects for improvement', according to the audit commission.

The council received one star for the service, with most aspects delivered to a ‘reasonable' standard. But landlord services were judged to sometimes be difficult to access and not consistently customer-led.
