Lansley's reform plans face growing criticism

Health secretary, Andrew Lansley faced a chorus of disapproval last week over Government’s plans to reform the NHS.

Health secretary, Andrew Lansley faced a chorus of disapproval last week as controversy surrounding the Government's plans to reform the NHS continued to grow.

Mr Lansley had to apologise after 99% of delegates at the Royal College of Nursing's annual meeting backed a motion of no confidence in the health secretary.
