There is no need for new legislation to integrate adult health and social care in Scotland, according to finance experts.

In its response to a Scottish Government consultation on the proposed Adult Health and Social Care Integration Bill, the Scottish branch of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) said the proposed changes could be delivered without any new laws.
