Leader of Harrow LBC to depart

The leader of Harrow LBC, has announced his intentions to stand down.

Cllr Bill Stephenson has announced his intention to stand down as leader of Harrow LBC. The announcement was made at a meeting of Harrow Labour group on September 25.

The Labour group will now put in place procedures to elect a new leader.
