Westminster City Council's ruling Conservative group has elected Cllr Philippa Roe as its likely successor to Cllr Colin Barrow.

Cllr Roe will be nominated for the post and become, subject to approval, Westminster's eleventh leader since 1965 when the full council convenes on 7 March.
