Head of Safeguarding and Quality – £82,000 -£88,000 (Ref: HN7338)

You will lead on creating cultural change across our care sector, actively working with partners, providers and stakeholders to deliver real improvement and secure positive results. You will ensure the development of quality services and safe outcomes, including robust contract compliance by service providers.

Head of Partnerships and Personalisation – £82,000 -£88,000 (Ref: HN7337)

You will transform our relationship with service users and partners, You will lead on the implementation of personalisation, including wider take-up of direct payments, and will create vibrant markets with a range of providers meeting the housing support, well being and social care needs of service users.

You will also lead on the development of partnerships, including working closely with NHS partners, and you will be involved in commissioning housing support services.

For both posts, you will be qualified to degree or equivalent level with a proven record of mobilising cross-functional support and evidence of leading large scale change. Your strong communication and project management skills will be supported by knowledge of Elected Members' requirements and responsibilities. You will also be highly skilled in leading teams, building partnerships and solving problems.
