A leaked report from the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services (ADASS) has cast doubts over Four Seasons Care Homes' financial stability.

The report, which was published last week by the GMB trade union, warned social service departments ‘may want to actively plan for a worst-case scenario', in case the operator suffers the same fate as troubled care home operator Southern Cross.
