Leeds City Council could sell off almost £100m worth of land and buildings over the next few years as it continues to deal with the impact of public sector spending cuts.

Leeds City Council could sell off almost £100m worth of land and buildings over the next few years as it continues to deal with the impact of public sector spending cuts.

The council's executive board met last week to approve a new asset management plan, which aims to build on the £27m of land and buildings the local authority has already sold off in the last three years, with another £66m destined for disposal.
