Derbyshire CC could still launch legal action against Chesterfield BC after the borough again voted to join the Sheffield city region combined authority.

Chesterfield was forced to reconsider its original decision to join the Sheffield region after Derbyshire CC threatened to launch a legal challenge over the lack of an equality impact assessment.
