Trowers & Hamlins has been asked to advise on three major local authority projects. Cheshire CC has appointed the law firm to oversee its £1.2bn core waste private finance initiative project.

It will also work for Swindon Council  on a 10 year strategic services delivery partnership contract valued at £300m covering administration, property management, revenue collection and benefit services. At Leeds the firm will advise the council on phase two of a 15-year public private partnership regeneration project.
