Plans for a combined authority covering Leicester and Leicestershire focusing on land use and planning, transport, skills, funding and finance are to be unveiled today.

Plans for a combined authority covering Leicester and Leicestershire focusing on land use and planning, transport, skills, funding and finance are to be unveiled today.

Proposals for a combined authority involve the county council, the seven constituent district authorities, Leicester City Council and the Leicester and Leicestershire Local Enterprise Partnership.
