Leveraging climate investment into our cities

Chair of Core Cities Marvin Rees says the UK Cities Climate Investment Commission has identified £200bn of investable projects in cities across the country to create new jobs and decarbonise our economies.

As a local leader, it can sometimes be hard to lift your head towards the horizon and look to the future, particularly when faced with so many pressing day to day issues.

However, at Core Cities UK, we've begun a piece of work that looks at the future of our cities and urban areas and I believe it's more important than ever.
