LGA considers life after Crisp

The man who demanded that strategic health authorities review primary care trust boundaries to slash costs has resigned from his post.

Sir Nigel Crisp, NHS chief executive, announced his resignation last week, after five-and-a-half years, and accepted accountability for problems within the NHS. The ~Local Government Association~ welcomed the opportunity for a review of the post Sir Nigel held.
