LGA to launch early intervention support to councils

The Local Government Association is to offer support to local authorities to deliver prevention and early intervention activities.

The Local Government Association (LGA) is to offer support to local authorities to deliver prevention and early intervention activities.

Plans for the move were detailed in the LGA's prospectus on sector-led improvement for public health, prevention and early intervention, published today.
