LGA launches offer to Police Commissioners

The LGA has published its prospectus to represent the new police and crime commissioners when they come into force later this year.

The Local Government Association (LGA) has published its prospectus to represent the new police and crime commissioners (PCCs) when they come into force later this year.

A total of 41 police areas will elect the new commissioners on 15 November – in just six months time, and the Association hopes to offer to represent and support them under the banner of a new Police and Crime Commissioners' Association (PaCCA).
